Flowy is a wellness product for period and symptom logging, cycle history, optional Apple Health imports, reminders, and fertility-awareness estimates. You must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate account information.
Flowy does not provide diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or emergency support. Cycle and fertile-window results are estimates and must not be used as birth control. Contact a qualified health professional for medical concerns and local emergency services for urgent help.
You are responsible for the information you enter, how you use the app, and keeping your account access secure.
Premium access is sold through Apple using the prices and billing periods shown before purchase. Apple determines free-trial eligibility. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, a subscription renews automatically and Apple charges your account. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Restores require the Apple account used for purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time in-app purchase where offered. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
You keep ownership of information you enter. You give Flowy permission to process it only as needed to operate the service. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, upload unlawful content, or reverse engineer protected parts of the product except where law permits.
You can delete health records separately or permanently delete your account in the app. Deleting a Flowy account does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase records Apple must retain. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
We work to keep Flowy secure and available, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may update, pause, or discontinue features for safety, legal, or operational reasons. We will not intentionally remove paid access that Apple or RevenueCat reports as active.
Flowy, including its design, text, software, and product experience, belongs to its owners or licensors and may not be copied or misused.
